Shipping Process
* Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
* Shipping Time: After processing, orders will be shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
Refund Policy: If your order has not been shipped and/or you have not received shipping notification, you may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order. In this case, please send us an email immediately since our shipping time is often times faster than 3 business days. However, once your product has been shipped and you’ve received a shipping notification confirmation, items are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped.
Return Policy: We make every effort to provide high quality products and packaging. Due to the nature of our products created for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. We understand that each situation may vary, if you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us immediately at orders@zaccainaturals.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Invalid Addresses: We are not responsible for invalid or incorrect addresses, and we cannot be held liable for items delivered to the wrong address. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately at orders@zaccainaturals.com before your order is printed or shipped, and we will correct it at no extra charge. Once an order has been shipped and shipping notification confirmation has been sent, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. If an invalid address is provided, the customer assumes full responsibility for the delivery issue.
Please note: Due to the nature of our products made for personal use, we do not accept returns on shipped items.
Wrong Address: If the courier deems the provided address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping their order once a corrected address has been confirmed (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed shipment: Should a shipment go unclaimed and is returned to our facility, the customer is fully responsible for any applicable reshipment fees.
Claim Policy: If you receive a damaged, missing, or defective item, please submit your claim within 2 days of receiving the product. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the items received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date. Claims resulting from an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
